HEFEWEIZEN
This unfiltered wheat beer of German style is made using a mixture of wheat malt and barley malt. Special German yeast is used to produce a refreshing beer that has a spicy, clovery nose and a tart, lightly hopped finish. If you’re looking for an easy drinking beer with some personality, try our Hefeweizen. Served without lemon upon request.

BLOND ALE
A copper colored ale made with an abundance of pale malt and a sprinkling of floral hops, resulting in a smooth malty beer of considerable strength. Enjoy the blond in moderation, or you may end up trying to turn a grog into a prince.

INDIA PALE ALE
So named because it had to endure long sea voyages from breweries in England to outposts on the fringes of the British Empire. IPA is a high alcohol, well-hopped brew to enable it to last the voyage and not spoil.

RED ALE
This ale is made with a special roast of caramel malt, which gives it a lovely red hue and subtle caramel flavor. A large amount of hops is added late to the kettle and the fermentor, giving this beer a wonderful floral nose with hints of nectar and citrus carrying through to the palette.

NITROGEN TAP
One of our sensational seasonal poured through our nitrogen tap giving it a unique creamy head and mouth feel a great way to put a twist on some of our seasonals.
